Shipping Policy
At Fruitful Superfoods, our aim is to get your product to you fast, efficiently and safely. For Australian delivery addresses, the product is shipped at no cost using our preferred shipping methods. There is an option of Express Post shipping for a small fee when you need your product within 48 hours.
We aim to ship all product within 24 hours and you'll receive a confirmation of shipping to your email. In the unlikely event that your product is no longer in stock, we shall advise and can either refund or ship when back in stock.
Return, Exchange & Refunds Policy
Customer satisfaction is important to us. At Fruitful Superfoods our customers can buy with confidence, because if you're not happy with your purchase you can contact us for a refund.
Just simply tell us what you weren't happy with and in the event that there is product or packaging damage, send us a picture and we will replace or refund.
